I have taken 2 laptops and a desktop to these guys for repairs and upgrading. Hajar is the person I usually deal with. I have had nothing but good communication and service from them. I use to go to a shop in Franklin and not only were they more expensive, but they never remembered me, and I had nothing but problems with their work and the parts they installed. This shop seems to be honesty and offer good service for a reasonable price.

Otherwise subpar knowledge concerning computers, if these guys were about taking care of their customers they would use better than bargan basement parts. Good luck with that Zonet router, or cheap chinese cherry motherboard. Do your homework on the parts a technician uses as opposed to their underlying sales tactics. A 7 out of 10 failure rate is not acceptable. The memory is cheap unprogrammed rushed to market trash. Lookup "SPD Memory" and educate yourselves.

took my problematic-from-birth pc laptop to Media Tech, unable to access the hardrive and very desperate. I chose them based on CitySearch reviews and the fact that they immediately answered the phone and told me to come right on over....as opposed to returning my call three days later and promising to get to it in another week. They not only salvaged my data, they reinstalled my operating system and the thing finally works like it's supposed to - for the first time ever (even after I'd taken it to other repair shops for help in the past). Labor was less than quotes from 2 competitors and they had it ready in 24 hours. Did I mention how incredibly pleasant they were to deal with ? I actually enjoyed the whole experience and was more than happy to pay them. Make sure you stop by the bakery next door for fresh bread.
